Era ora che aggiungessero una sezione vegana (seppur minima) nel menù. Questa pizza si presenta molto bene e dà molta soddisfazione al palato, le verdure (stagionali) sono saporite e ben valorizzate. Impasto legerissimo. Prezzo abbastanza alto (14 euro).
