Cran Deluxe Breakfast Sandwich at Rad Magic Subs — pdxveg's Review (Feb 2, 2025)

This consisted of a fluffy house-made tofu 🥚 patty made with tofu, soy milk, organic seasoning, and a pinch of 🌱-based cheese in the center so it oozes like a 🐔🥚, smoky, peppery house-made 🐷-free🥓, cranberry sauce, and luscious 🌱-based cream cheese, with crispy fried onions on a sourdough bun. The Cran Deluxe sub is one of my favorites, and this breakfast sandwich has a similarly irresistible mix of flavors and textures. Served with a crispy hash brown on the side.
