Was disappointed to realise the hericium dishes here all contained egg, unlike the D'life branch at Novena. So we settled for this plate of chicken rice since we were already seated. The aromatic rice or 油饭, cooked with pandan leaves and lots of ginger, turned out to be the unexpected winner here. The 'chicken' or fried beancurd sheets tasted a bit stale, though the chilli sauce helped to salvage it slightly. The broccoli and cucumber slices? Forgettable. (Greens, need more greens and quality greens at that.) The kid loved the clear Chinese corn soup that came with it.
