Crispy Tofu Bowl at Cactus Club Cafe — Veggie Meg's Review (Jan 19, 2025)

This was one of two vegan options, and the only entree option. This bowl was tasty, but could have had a bit more effort put into it. The tofu itself was the best part, with a nice soy chilli glaze and chewy texture. The mango paired well with the chilli flavour. The rice was quite plain, I think it could have benefited from some sort of flavour, maybe a coconut rice? And why does everyone insist on covering vegan dishes in iceberg lettuce?! Does anyone actually want iceberg? 😂 #tofu #tofubowl
