French Toast Special with Blueberry Compote and Granola (vegan version at Junior's Cafe — pdxveg's Review (Jan 17, 2025)

This consisted of thick slices of 🐥🥚-free and 🐄🥛-free sourdough French toast that was crisp at the edges and fluffy inside and topped with blueberry 🫐 compote and granola with sliced almonds. Served with pure maple syrup. It was lovely and made me feel pampered.
