It literally tastes like any other Lindt chocolate that uses cows' milk - any differences were unnoticeable to me. The only thing I noticed was that the taste wasn't very strong compared to their milk chocolate (that's all I've eaten from them to compare it to), but that's just from memory since I don't really wanna eat that again to compare it... Anyways it cost something like $7 for the 100g bar.
