Love vegetarian places with clear labels about what's vegan and what's not. Quite often the staff themselves have no clue about what goes in already-prepared ingredients.
Hi Zarin, sometimes the vegetarian establishments use butter or Planta(with D3 from animal source) to make the rice flavourful. So it will be good if you can check with them too :)
