I have had this pasta box in my pantry for at least 2 years, and I finally decided to try it 😅 . It was OK but nothing special. The texture is chewy and a little grainy but with the sauce on top it's good. I put cashew cheese and sun dried pesto on it and it turned out pretty decent. I don't know if I'll be buying it again. It's a great pasta alternative if you are #grainfree but otherwise, it's not the best #glutenfree pasta out there for sure. But I really like Jovial as a company. They have great pasta!
