The Palak Ladies at The Ganga Café — Steven Neoh's Review (Jan 13, 2025)

Get the version without paneer to save some calves (and about half of the price 😁), there's more than enough flavour in this #spinach dish (#curry? #gravy?) to have with your choice of carbs. We went for plain paratha on the day and the combination was celestial 😋 Which is crazy considering that there isn't much else in this apart from the thick syrupy #palak. Would probably have been even better without the ginger contributing unwelcome notes. Would be a good non-spicy option here!
