Salty, savoury, not quite bacon flavour - but doesn't melt into pink mush with heat, at least. Taste and structure reminds me of Spam or luncheon meats. Interestingly enough the pink and white segments have different textures. $6 (sale) for a pack of 4 strips 😅 #veganbacon #veganmeat
