I don't think I have had leberkäse before, so I have nothing to compare it to. It tastes similar to the streichenwurst, but a lot firmer. It was quite good. I ate it in some bread for lunch. It is easy to prepare, but it takes way longer. With one packet you can make a lot of leberkäse.
