JIN “Geongang” Kimchi kept popping up on my IG so I bought a bottle to try. Perfect in a lazy gimbap that I made by just stacking with rice, mushrooms and carrots. No additional seasoning needed as the kimchi is very piquant and tangy. #vegankimchi #korean #singapore
