Panettone artigianale molto gustoso, dalla consistenza molto morbida e burrosa. Non perfettamente alveolato ma comunque davvero ben lievitato e soffice. Contenta  di trovarlo in una pasticceria proprio sotto casa dove di solito non ci sono tantissime opzioni vegane! Bravissimi
