Classic Brioche Buns at VickedGood - Vegan Bakery — Steven Neoh's Review (Dec 22, 2024)

6-7 of these #buns in a brown paper bag for RM15, not too bad I guess? 🤨 I always thought #brioche referred to a specific type of shape, but now I'm reading that it has more to do with a fluffy/puffy texture (usually achieved through the use of butter and eggs) with a soft crust/crumb. Conditions which this guy absolutely fulfilled 👍 Worked very well with my sweet spreads, #breakfastofchampions material 💪
