Established in 2008, Nalan is one of Singapore’s most famous contemporary Indian vegetarian restaurants. Featuring a delectable array of North and South Indian cuisine, Nalan prides itself on delivering a home-cooked experience at every sitting.

The Paper Thosai was a crispy, thin perfection! The South Indian crepe had that wonderful crunch, and the flavor from the fermented rice and lentil batter was just right. It was light, savory, and utterly satisfying, especially when paired with chutneys!
