Enmoladas at Chilango PDX — pdxveg's Review (Dec 14, 2024)

These consisted of enchiladas covered in a rich, velvety, deeply flavorful mole sauce that blended chiles and chocolate, and filled with craggy tofu and luscious melted 🌱-based cheese. Topped with sunflower crema and almond queso fresco. They were fabulous.
