I really caught the za'atar bug in the Gulf and came back with a whole packet of it to be combined into an aglio e olio #pasta dish 😅 #linguine wouldn't be my choice ordinarily for a recipe like this, but it's what I had at home 😛 This was super starchy; compare the first and last pictures to see the effect of throwing a quarter-cup of the starchy water back in while tossing the pasta. So, depending on how you like your pasta, handle accordingly 🙂
