Excellent presentation, including the white lines. The texture is somewhat "jelly"-like, but nothing too striking, it's overall a very good vegan salmon. Nice product for people who love and respect the oceans and ocean life, or pregnant...I love that this great option is available and of such high quality, with a lovely smokey salty flavour.
