With the time of Christmas markets coming up, we are all looking forward to a bratwurst bun with lots of curry, mayo, onions, you name it....but of course the best vegan one out there. Look no further, this one is an absolute champion. Too good for sharing and has all the qualities you're looking for in a proper bratwurst.
Though it's still well worth going to a German Christmas market for, since many of them also have vegan ones available....and the size (length) of those are of course bigger than these. Love when the sausage sticks out by at least 20cm on each side of the bun! 😅😅
