Well guess what??!! It’s just looks!! You would not believe my disappointment!! I was super excited to see that one of the most emblematic pizzerias in Argentina had vegan options (although only two options have vegan-cheese, the other ones are simply cheese-less haha
Well… I came for the real deal (veganized) and ordered a pizza with their creamy vegan cheese (as described on the menu) … and sadly the cheese was just not it… it was super chewy, that kind that sticks on your teeth and your palate… and it was SUPER salty!! Oh and some spots were burnt.
Also it seemed as if the tomatoes were not baked with the rest of the pizza so they didn’t transfer any flavor to the cheese… AAAAAND I did not see/feel any tomato sauce…
So everything was WRONG with this pizza… I was not able to eat more than a piece…
… at least the dough was good…

Those raw tomatoes look awful 😢
That’s because this pizzeria doesn’t specialize in vegan food. I would advise you to try the reastaurant “Gordo Vegano” in Palermo , it’s really good!!
