It's important that we continue to encourage people to try ambitious things like vegan #saltedegg, but this really was a disappointing attempt 😥 It simply didn't give any salted egg vibes at all, not to mention that the texture was this odd mesh of runny sauce and rather dense/hard lumps 😐

Redemptive aspects: the outstanding #yuba, fried to a crisp outside but retaining the lovely, soft texture of #beancurd on the inside; the very generous of quantity of #multigrain #rice. The boiled #carrot sticks and #longbeans are artefacts number 1 and 2 in support of why vegetables need seasoning/salting/frying 😛 Also, RM32 😦
