Orange Tofu Chicken at Monk’s Butcherbirkencrocs's Review (Nov 21, 2024)

Good standard offering and take on “orange chicken” made by tofu. The sauce was good and very sweet as expected and the tofu was a good texture. I assume their process is pressing then freezing to create the chicken like texture. It’s not the best orange chicken I’ve had in Seoul but it’s good, reliable, and would order it again. If you aren’t in the mood of typical vegan dish that’s offered at many vegan restaurants, I highly recommend ordering some of Monk Butchers more unique offerings like the black lemon pasta.
