Grilled Green Onion Hummus at Ferments — birkencrocs's Review (Nov 20, 2024)

Ferments has a great vibe and spacious dining experience. They also just different musical guests to add to the ambiance. In many of their dishes they use fermented ingredients, with the exception of a few dishes like this one. This is a seriously good hummus served with 4 pieces of bread but it comes a price of 28,000won / $20.00, which is pretty extreme. The portion of hummus is large, so 4 pieces of bread is not enough to finish the serving of hummus ㅜㅜ Many restaurants seem to struggle to get this ratio right.

I still order it every time because it’s sooo good but I think the cost is out of touch and hummus to bread ratio is off.
