Potato Salad isn’t my typical go-to side but i’m glad i went with this cause i enjoyed it! the amount of onion was a bit much for me personally so i maybe wouldn’t suggest for anyone who doesn’t do well with raw onion, but the chunks of potato and the mayo make it a classic 🥔 #saveveganrestaurants #veganproud
