This was a vegan take on a French classic Trianon, they explained to us. It was such a treat. A yummy sponge cake base, topped with a chocolate mousse that was rich in flavour but also so light. All kinds of heaven. #vegancake #trianon #chocolate #veganpastry #glutenfree
Such a lovely place. I don’t think I’ve come across many fullyvegan patisseries, if at all. They’re 100% gluten free too.
They also do brunch type meals and coffees. Maybe it’s because it was a Sunday afternoon in November, but we were the only people there. I hope more people visit them. Gems like this need to be celebrated more.
