This is not a regular waffle!! 
1. Is not sweet, on the contrary it is savory 
2. Is made of vegan pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread). Which is why the texture is more chewy/gooey   

Topped with cashews cream cheese… simply wonderful!!
