Buffalo Cauliflower Nachos at The Groovy Floret — pdxveg's Review (Nov 12, 2024)

This consisted of spicy buffalo cauliflower and jackfruit, organic black beans, melted vegan cheddar, vegan cotija, organic celery, creamy, tangy, herby vegan green goddess ranch, cilantro, green onions, and edible flower petals on a double layer of Juanita’s chips. With lively, hearty, and satisfying flavors, this was fantastic. It is a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit will benefit Wildlings Forest Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, for their tireless work saving animals from slaughter, neglect, and abuse. They rescue, rehabilitate, and provide essential care, nutritious meals, and a loving environment in a forever home for animals in need.
