Surprisingly? This was not as sweet as I imagined 🥥

Sure, it’s still a rich & creamy #santan / #coconutmilk base but more subtle and thankfully, not as complex — Especially 5 courses in of the #secretvegantakeover!

It’s still heavy and I left with my belt a size bigger than I remember 🤰 but it was just so good 😋 In spite of it being so comfortably warm however the broccoli 🥦 and cabbage 🥬 remained just perfectly cooked and crunchy and the #noodles bit like nothing more than a blanch 🍜

I’d skip the course any other day for their array of appetisers but I can’t not recommend this to a #coconutlover like myself. It’s just so good 😇
