🇯🇵 Oh my! I waited an hour in line to order and get my food to take away tonight. Twice as long as yesterday. They are very popular as it’s 50% off for their first three days. This #tempura #udon #noodles #soup 🍜was super nice. I loved the chunks of 🧅onion, 🥕carrot, 🎃pumpkin, and edamame 🫛beans in the tempura that were melting into the soup. 🫠 It’s a vegan broth which is so amazing to see in a large #japanese chain of restaurants with their extensive #veganmenu. 🌱 they have loads of vegan tempura to choose from like 🥦broccoli, courgette, sweet 🍠potato, pumpkin, and gyozas. They have a vegan Bao bun too. Definitely worth checking out this chain if you like Japanese and are passing one of their branches. #veganproud
