Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Cake at Kate's Ice Cream — pdxveg's Review (Nov 5, 2024)

This consisted of house-made flaky gluten-free pie crust mixed in and underneath perfectly sweetened spiced pumpkin ice cream. It was a brilliant idea and incredibly delicious. It is a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit will benefit One Tail at a Time PDX because Kate and her husband adopted their beloved dog Lumi from them.One Tail at a Time PDX is an all-breed, no kill, foster based dog rescue group that provides community support with education and resources.
