As a I am wrapping up my second year of being vegan-adjacent (my partner is so I basically am) I have to say that this is one of my favorite products! One of my comfort food dishes from childhood is Chicken Tetrazzini and this chick’n has the consistency and ability to be shredded the way I desired for a vegan update. With a homemade cream of mushroom soup substitute I absolutely did not miss out on a childhood favorite re-booted.
