Asparagus, quinoa, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and falafel with hummus and an eggplant dip.
I love that they have vegan items on their menu, vegan by design and not just veganised. It's not so common yet in these more remote little towns.
I also loved that the falafel was made in-house, not store bought/Fry's frozen :). I appreciate anything but it's, great to get a local creation.
I am a sucker for asparagus and the quinoa was a nice change from the usual rice. The eggplant dip was delicious.
Dish was a little under-seasoned for me personally but a dash of salt and pepper did the job.
The meal was fresh, light and healthy and I'll absolutely order it again (after trying their vegan smørbrod, that is).
Cute coffee shop with friendly efficient staff.
