I was really excited to see this on the menu because I really fancied something vegetable-based! 🍆🫒 really liked the flavour combo of the aubergine, capers and olives. I wish maybe it was a bit more saucy/melty in texture but that’s just a preference #aubergine #veganrestaurant #allveganrestaurant #olives #bread
