Halloween rice flour cookies at 伸栄 自然派おかし研究所 — izumi's Review (Oct 27, 2024)

They use rice flour, but they're crispy and not hard. They come in plain, cocoa, and purple sweet potato flavors, and they're all delicious. The bitterness of the cocoa in particular is a nice accent. The purple sweet potato is also sweet and delicious.
米粉を使っているけど、サクサクして硬くない。プレーンとカカオと紫芋味があって、どれも美味しい。特にカカオは苦味が良いアクセントになっている。紫芋も甘くて美味しかった。
