Normally @paniwilson makes homemade sauce from San Marzano tomatoes but a premade sauce comes in handy sometimes! This sauce is a bit too plain and liquidy so we add sauteed onion, garlic, and sometimes mushrooms, peppers, or spinach, or a vegan ground beef and fresh herbs.
