What I like about this can of coconut milk is the size. It's 165 ml which is perfect in a curry when you don't cook for a lot of people. A lot of times I don't know what to do with the leftover milk when I use a 400ml can.

Recently I started freezing it in ice cube trays and it's great to have a cube or two in a dish for a bit of creaminess ☺️
