We purchased this #organic #tortellini with #mushroom 🍄‍🟫from the local supermarket and were happy to find many clearly labelled #vegan products there. This was surprising to cook in 12-15 minutes but it’s a shelf stable product amazingly. It was ok but we had nothing to jazz it up as we’re just in a tiny studio with not even the very basics for cooking. It was about €4 for this. It would be better with a sauce or some oil and seasoning or rocket. #veganisnotscary #pasta
