I was super excited for these, but wasn't crazy on the taste 😞. The texture was lovely, but the batter flavour didn't feel quite right. It tastes like the batter on their battered sausage. It didn't really go with the katsu sauce I paired it with - maybe it'd be better cooked as part of another type of cuisine.
