This is a new product from Coop Sweden and it mimics canned tuna. It's even sold in the canned fish section, not in the vegan section, which I think is cool.
The look of the can is on point. Personally, I thought the product was okay taste-wise, though it did look a bit like cat food, once opened. I suppose the same can be said of tuna, of course. Interestingly, my omni partner thought it was very good and didn't mind the look at all.
This variety is a little spicy. I used it straight on bread and also in pasta. It was fine in both cases. I might buy this again to make a tuna salad.
