Loved the vibe of this tropically themed restaurant. They had a mix of different ethnicities represented including Puerto Rican food. The Vegan Rico was delicious - nicely cooked and not overly sweet #plantains topped with #impossible meat crumbles (that I was told was cooked in their own spices and with #passionfruit), vegan cheese, salsa fresca, avocado, and a tangy sauce. It was served with a side salad with a delicious #mango vinaigrette. So many vegan options here, it made choosing difficulty! Loved the flavors and was very impressed. Also reasonably priced and knowledgeable servers. I wish the portion was a bit larger just because it was so good, but it was plenty of food for a nice dinner.
