I made kimchi using this recipe but skipped the "vegan fish sauce" and radish. Tried This particular green leafy for the first time and it is really good.

You can use some miso too, adds umami in the kimchi
So much cheaper to make kimchi by ourselves and can adjust to our taste too :)
Definitely! Less oil, no extra packaging .. thank you for the tip as well. I'll add the "miso" from now on..I do love miso 😋
