I usually avoid #yongtaufoo tht’s fried like this, but we all shared the dishes on the table.
This was really good, there’s fried mashed #taupok #beancurdskin #ladiesfingers #chilli #bittergourd. Basically they’re all stuffed wth mashed #tofu and it’s not too soggy oily.
The sauce on it was light,not too sweet or too spicy.
Simple but filling.
