Welp, after swearing off Daiya 6 yrs ago, I finally gave it another go, and I've been converted! The packaging persuaded me, and it did not lie. The cheese does still stick to the roof of my mouth a little, but not nearly as bad, and the flavor is really good! It's loaded with fire roasted veggies. The crust is super crispy, which i really like, although still a little chewy and dry, I think because it's #glutenfree. It really does give that real cheese pull. I would buy this again
