I've been eyeing these cookies for over a year now. As someone on a #glutenfree diet cookies are hard to find, especially ones that resemble oreo. The outer layer of the cookie is very chocolaty that has a little bitterness to it. Inside it's filled with tasty cashew butter. They are VERY dense and filling. I ate 4 and that's it for today haha. I wouldn't say they are amazing but they are pretty good.
