immancabile la carbonara vegetale appena arrivata a Roma, soddisfacente, saporita, unico neo è stato un retrogusto un po’ amaro del seitan (forse leggermente bruciacchiato?). 
di carbonare vegane ci sono varie alternative, in questo ristorante tipico questa è sicuramente valida
