Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Very tasty burger with a vegan chicken patty which tasted quite realistic.  Not sure if it’s a new item on the menu or if the same one they had and they just changed the name when Next Level Burger took over. Price was around $10.
