These hemp hearts are great! Fresh and high quality. They have a delicate and nutty flavor and fun texture that’s great added to just about anything. I especially love sprinkling them on salads, avocado toast and pasta dishes.
This brand can be a bit pricy so many times I opt for a store brand (TJ or Sprouts) but sometimes they go on sale or I can find them as a #groceryoutletfinds which is fabulous!
