Vegan French Toast at Cafe Capello — Veggie Meg's Review (Sep 25, 2024)

Yum yum yum! It’s so rare to find #veganfrenchtoast in a restaurant, so I was stoked to find this at a cafe in Reno when we were passing through last week! You would never know by looking at it that it’s vegan, and the texture was spot on! Crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside, and the perfect foundation to be ladened with brûléed bananas, fresh berries and maple syrup! I’ll be dreaming about this brunch for a while 😍 #whatveganseat #veganbrunch
