I found these big 🍆 🍆 at spar, with beautiful deep purple skin.
I have roasted the #brinjals, face down untill the flesh was soft and easy to remove as a whole with a spoon I used the wet/dry/wet/dry methode to coated them, fried in a bit of oil until crispy and to serve as a fillet, it was delicious. Note: Add nori flakes to your dry mix, and you have vish fillets.
