I am totally obsessed with this product. As an ex-pescatarian, seafood is something I really miss, but these fillets are delicious. They’ve managed to almost completely capture the texture (which is rare), and the flavour is also there! I’ve pan-fried it, and also crusted it in spices & baked in the oven. Both times it turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!
